Tiny Tigers Unlimited (Ages 3 - 6)

A fun way to learn the basic skills of Tang Soo Do.

Children 3 - 6 years old will enjoy exciting classes while learning self defense, respect and self control.

 

Our Tigers will gain confidence through setting and achieving goals. Plus, they get to make great friends while having fun.

Youth & Adult Unlimited (Age 13 & up)

Fun and challenging curriculum that develops Tang Soo Do skills for use in practical self-defense.

Ages 13 & up. Students will enjoy fun and exciting classes that will help develop their mind, body, and spirit through our rigorous training program as they work their way towards earning their Black Belt.

 

This is a great environment to make life-long friends while having fun.

Private Lessons

Students can arrange for private instruction to focus on their individual training goals.  

Some of the benefits of private lessons include:

  • Developing confidence for group instruction

  • Preparing for tournaments or examinations

  • Improving technique

  • Self-defense instruction

  • Tailored fitness program

Dragons Unlimited

(Ages 7 - 12)

A challenging class for kids to hone their skills as they work their way to towards Black Belt.

Children  7 - 12 years old will enjoy exciting classes while learning self defense, respect and self control.

 

Our Dragons will gain confidence through setting and achieving goals. Plus, they get to make great friends while having fun.

Anti-Bullying

Kids learn to identify bullying and how to deal with it safely.

This seminar is designed to help kids learn to understand the many and different forms of bullying, from physical and verbal attacks to more subtle forms like purposefully excluding someone from a group.

They will be shown the different roles they can play when bullying occurs, from silent participant to observer to preventer.

Qi Gong

A path to greater health and vitality.

Qi gong is a centuries old system of coordinated body posture and movement, breathing, and mediation used for the purpose of health, spirituality, and martial arts. 

 

We practice to help cultivate and balance our life energy.
